Don’t forget to book for the bus, and for IPAN!

So if you’re coming to Pine Gap from Melbourne, you will probably have already booked your ticket on the bus. (And if not, get in fast!!)

BUT – Have you booked for the Independent and Peaceful Australia Network‘s national conference, occurring in Alice over the weekend (Fri 30th – Sunday 2nd)?

The conference features speakers including Senator Scott Ludlam and Professor Richard Tanter, catering is provided on Saturday, and IPAN has arranged room for 25 campers (on a first come first served basis) in the a local Uniting Church hall, which also has kitchen facilities. Other low-cost accommodation options are also available.

Tickets are only $30/$60 (with a some free or extra-low cost places available as well). Get on it now! Also don’t forget to book separately for the associated Friday night forum, which is by donation.

Speaking of IPAN – and as previously advised – they are hosting a public forum on Pine Gap & related issues at Melbourne Trades Hall this Wednesday the 14th September, at 7pm.
